Skillet Pigs In A Duvet

    Ingredients

    For the Goulash

    • 1 kg stewing beef , cut into 2" cubes 
    • 2 teaspoons paprika 
    • 1 small onion 
    • 11/2 teaspoons salt 
    • 3 teaspoons cooking oil 
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
    • 1 can whole tomatoes 
    • 1 cup sour cream 
    • 4 ounces whole mushrooms 
    • 2 tablespoons flour

  • Frying
  •  All Purpose

Equipment Used

Directions

 Brown beef and onion in oil, add whole tomatoes, mushrooms and seasonings. 

Cover and simmer. 

Stir occasionally until meat is tender, about 11/2 hours. 

Blend flour and sour cream. 

Gradually stir into meat mixture. 

Heat to serving temperature.
