Flat Breads with a Twist
For The Pot
- 2 Cups Flour
- 7 g Dried Yeast
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 8 oz Warm Water
For The Twist
- 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 Tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Measure water out in a Measuring Jug
Add the Sugar.
Add the Yeast and allow to stand for 10 Minutes.
Put Flour into a mixing Bowl.
Add the Salt, Cumin, Coriander and Cinnamon, mix.
Gradually add the water mixing it in.
Turn dough out on to a floured surface and kneed for 10 Minutes.
Put in a bowl, cover with a damp towel and place some where warm for 2 Hours.
After 2 Hours, knock the Dough back, turn out on to a floured surface.
Divide in to 6 or 8 pieces.
Roll each ball out until 250 mm round.
Heat skillet on a hot heat.
Place bread one at a time into skillet, when bread starts to bubble turn over, wait for bubbles then remove.
repeat process for each dough ball.
