Dutch Oven Chicken & Potatoes with a Honey & Mustard Glaze
For The Pot
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Chopped Rosemary
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 6 Chicken Portions
- 1 1/2 lbs Potatoes
- 1 Tbs Honey
- 2 Tbs Warm Water
- 2 Tbs Whole Grain Mustard
- All Purpose
- Wood Fired Camp Stove
- Medium Dutch Oven
Mix oil, all of the spices and salt in large bowl.
Add chicken and potatoes, toss to coat well.
Spray a Medium Dutch Oven with Spray Oil
Arrange Chicken and Potatoes in the Dutch Oven
Cook on a Medium Heat for around 1 1/2 Hours.
Make the Glaze by mixing the Honey Warm Water and Mustard together.
Pour over the Chicken and cook for a further 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
