For The Pot

  • 1.5Kg Ready Cooked Beef Brisket cut into 25mm Cubes
  • 2 Onions Chopped
  • 2 Red Peppers Cored and Chopped
  • 3 Gloves of Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Tins Red Kidney Beans
  • 50g  Chipotle Paste
  • 3 Tbs Sunflower Oil
  • Chilli Powder to personal taste.
  • Water if required.

Serves 8-10

Equipment Used


I used the Cowboy Stove to make this, I added 8 lit Heat Beads to the bottom, fitted the cooking pot and added oil.

Added the onions and Sauté for 3-4 minuets, then added the garlic and left for another 2 minuets, do not let it burn or it will make everything taste bitter. Finally added the Red Peppers and cook all until soft.

Add the Beef Brisket, Tomatoes, Red Kidney Beans and the Chipotle Paste 

Let this gently simmer away for a good hour. If need slacken the Chilli with a little Water and add Chilli Powder If Required.

Serve when your ready.
